Property management teams need to turn meetings, decisions and information from several sources into formal minutes. It’s a task that has traditionally taken time and plenty of manual work. Cond’Amorosa wanted an internal platform that could use AI to make the process easier, cutting the work between the end of a condominium owners’ meeting and the finished document. The idea was to turn the unstructured material from a meeting into a structured first draft, while keeping the user in control.
OUR CONTRIBUTION
CRON built a platform that automates much of the process of preparing condominium meeting minutes for Cond’Amorosa, bringing document processing, audio and AI together in one workflow.
Users start a new set of minutes by uploading meeting documents, notes or a recording. The AI analyses the material, extracts the relevant information and produces an organised first draft, ready for review.
We designed the workflow to make human review more efficient. When the AI finds something ambiguous, incomplete or potentially contradictory, it flags it for the user to check. People can focus on the exceptions and decisions that need their judgement and context, with the initial drafting already taken care of.
After review, the platform generates the final minutes automatically. The team can download an editable version for archiving or continue working on it in their usual tools.
